Al Barari is a part of Dubai's latest wave of environmentally conscious neighbourhoods. It is a gated neighbourhood with lavish mansions, which are among the most expensive in Dubai. They provide its residents with a peaceful, remote environment as well as access to top-notch amenities. It is a residential development that offers villas and apartments in a lush green residential area.
This residential complex covers 18 million square feet, and 60% of the neighbourhood is made up of parks, gardens, lakes and freshwater streams. Al Barari, which translates to "the forest" in Arabic, is understandable given the abundance of vegetation in the region. It is indeed one of the greenest areas in Dubai. At the meeting point of lifestyle and luxury, the homes are known for their spacious design, eco-friendly approach and uninterrupted views.
Construction on the development began in 2005 with two phases. Most of the homes in The Nest, Ashjar, The Residence, The Seventh Heaven and The Reserve sub communities were handed over during Phase First. Body Language Fitness Center, Farm Restaurant and The Heart and Soul Spa are included. On the other hand, a resort hotel, retail stores, assisted care facilities, a business school and further residential buildings are included in the second phase.
