About Jumeirah Lake Towers

Jumeirah Lake Towers is an ideal freehold community in New Dubai near the Expo 2020 world event site. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road and operated by two metro stations, JLT is one of the most desirable addresses in Dubai for people to live, work and invest. The dynamic lake-front community is spread over 200 hectares and hosts 64 residential and commercial towers. Hotels, leisure venues and 160 shops form a dynamic community. Jumeirah Lakes Towers is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates including 80 towers along the JLT embankment of eight towers facing the beaches of three artificial lakes as well as the Jumeirah Islands.

The towers at JLT are arranged in 26 clusters of three designated from A to Z, each cluster with its parking structure and a retail waterfront. The Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, a 200-room five-star luxury hotel, makes it the most recent addition to the list of hotels in the JLT. The centrepiece is the Almas building which comprises the floors and houses the head office of the Dubai Multi Commodity Center as well as the Dubai Diamond Exchange. The main diamond vault is in the basement of the tower.

Jumeirah Lake Towers houses two universities, one being the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance and the second is the Synergy University Dubai campus.

The two available Dubai Metro stations are DAMAC Properties (Dubai Marina) and Jumeirah Lake Towers station. Improved road infrastructure keeps traffic moving even during peak hours. JLT is ideally located minutes away from major business hubs like Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City. The development goes side by side with Dubai Marina and its waterfront lifestyle. It is only minutes from the new Dubai World Central Airport which is designed to eventually become the world's largest global gateway.  Its location, connectivity, build quality and facilities make JLT a very desirable investment destination.
