About Zabeel Park

Zabeel Park is an urban public park placed in the Zabeel district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is bounded by Sheikh Rashid Road to the north, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Road to the northwest, and Sheikh Zayed Road passes through the south.

The area of Zabeel Park is 117.375 acres, which is roughly equivalent to 45 football fields. The parking capacity can accommodate 2,300 vehicles. The park is divided into several areas connected by pedestrian bridges and has several entrances. The park is the city's largest and most frequented and is a popular venue for sports and live music. It has 2.5 km of jogging track on the park perimeter, BMX  track, pedestrian tracking, Skateboarding park,  Barbecue and picnic areas, boating lake, lakeside restaurant, ice skating, mini cricket pitch and golfing area and various recreational activities including shaded seating.

There is also an exhibition gallery, prayer hall, fitness centre and various monuments. The park has a technology-based theme, consisting of three zones with educational and interactive displays. It also provides a 3D cinema for edutainment activities. There are over 3,000 palm plantations in the park, in addition to another 7,000 trees of 14 different species. Visitors have access to Wi-Fi internet access.

Situated between Al Karma and the Dubai World Trade Center, Zabeel Park covers much of the Al Kifaf area. It is accessible from the Dubai Metro's Red Line via the nearby Al Jafalia station. It is maintained by the Public Parks and Horticulture Department of the Dubai Municipality.
