About Al Barsha South 2

Al Barsha South 2 is a sub-district of Al Barsha South. A neighbourhood within Al Barsha South is known as Al Barsha South 2. It is home to the Dubai Science Park and is situated between Al Barsha South 1 and Al Barsha South 3. Hessa Street is located in the community's left-hand corner, while Umm Suqeim Street is at its right end. Both of these streets lead to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E44).

Large villas, apartments, and a few commercial buildings are also present in the neighbourhood. It takes roughly 10 to 15 minutes to get to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) from Al Barsha South 2. It also includes My City Centre Al Barsha, a well-known shopping centre in the area.

It is mostly a residential area, but it also has Dubai Science Park, a centre for science. Dubai Science Park contains a few residential buildings, commercial buildings, and hotels in addition to the majority of the land being made up of villas. There are a few villa communities there as well, such as Villa Lantana.
