About Al Quoz Industrial Area 2

Al Quoz Industrial Area 2 is one of the many outlying communities of Dubai, a large city in the United Arab Emirates, and it is situated in between Dubai City Center and Dubai Marina. There are mostly commercial and industrial facilities in this unique location between E11 and Ali Khail Road. The district is bordered by Al Quoz 4 and La Quoz Area 3 and has a maximum area of 15 square kilometres. The city's streets and highways serve as the actual boundaries of the district. The district is bordered to the north by street D67, to the south by street D65, to the west by street D72, and to the east by Al Khail Road or Highway E44, which also marks the boundary between Al Quoz 2 and the adjacent green zone.

It is the location of several industrial facilities, manufacturing firms, and offices associated with them. These companies include Elio Aluminium Fabricators, SMART BOX INDUSTRIES LLC, Chemex Hygiene Concepts LLC, Precision Industries, Unitra Mets Group, Emirates Printing Press LLC, Ducast Factory LLC, as well as a few car rental and auto repair services. Golden Grains Foodstuff Trading LLC, Culligan International LLC, Elio Aluminium Fabricators, and Jotun Paints Dubai Regional Office are also included. The northern portion of the region contains a few residential neighbourhoods known as Al Khail Blocks. Aside from the two shopping centres, West Zone Supermarket Al Khail and Al Khail Gate Community Centre, the neighbourhood is home to a large number of smaller markets and grocery businesses.
