About Golf City

Golf City is an off-plan project in Dubai World Central (Dubai South) established in collaboration with the leading real estate development company. The agreement between Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC) and Emaar to start building the Golf District was inked back in 2008. It would include two enormous golf courses and opulent residences reserved for golfers and Aviation City professionals.

DWC is a unique project that exists to the south of the mainland and covers more than 140 square kilometres of land. It has a multiphase development with 5 clusters in addition to the airport. Residential City, Commercial City, Aviation City, Logistics City, and Golf City are the phases that will make up this project.
