About Khalifa City

It was divided into three areas, originally known as Khalifa City A, B and New Khalifa City. While the other communities have adopted their new names, this community is still known popularly by its old name, Khalifa City A.

It’s easy to see that living is a popular option, considering the fact that it is ideally located along the highway to Dubai. This suburb is known for housing the prominent head offices of Etihad Airways, which can be seen from both sides of the highway when driving into Abu Dhabi from Dubai. Moreover, Khalifa City A is famous for housing the Abu Dhabi Golf Club and Al Forsan International Sports Resort, both huge attractions to investors and renters alike.
