About Masaar

Masaar is an off-plan residential development in Al Suyoh Suburb Sharjah by master developers Arada. Strategically located between Sharjah and Dubai, the community will feature eight gated communities with around 4,000 villas and townhouses of different layouts. The project will also feature a range of communal and recreational facilities including a nursery school, fitness centre, cycling tracks and restaurants and cafés.

It is a 19 million sq. ft. mega community set on the eastern side of the emirate, close to Emirates Road (E611). There is a wide forested area in the heart of the district with over 50,000 trees making it a serene community for families. Sendian is the first gated sub-community set in the heart of the district while Kaya is the second one featuring homes designed around the Sanskrit Vastu Shastra principles.
