About The World Islands

The World Islands is a $5 billion mega-project planned as a permanent tourist staycation. Featuring 6 themed islands, this grand resort spans 6 million sq. ft. Thus, when it is finished, it will be able to house nearly 16,000 tourists. The project is being developed in three phases, the first of which is now complete. By the end of 2023, it is anticipated to be finished.

The islands with destination themes, including Main Europe, The Floating Venice, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, and St. Petersburg, are the best features of this area. Each reef depicts the culture and atmosphere of Europe. Additionally, only Euro will be accepted as payment at resorts and shops in order to convey the proper impression. To provide the ultimate Christmas experience, some islands will also have outdoor snow and artificial rain.
