About Umm Al Sheif

Umm Al Sheif is a small residential community in the western region of Dubai. It is connected to some important routes such as Al Wasl Road (D92) from the north, Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) to the south and Al Thanya Road that runs across the border shared with Al Manara. Residential communities are divided into luxury villas and townhouses. It is a family-centred community as it houses many reputable schools near private residences.

Umm Al Sheif is home to two well-known villa compounds: Verve Villas and Emirates Oasis Villas. The compound of Emirates Oasis Villas consists of 74 private villas ranging from 4 to 6-bedrooms, with built-up areas between 2,863 sq. ft. and 6,405 sq. ft.
