It has some projects in Abu Dhabi one of them being the residential complex “Parkside Residence”, positioned in Shams, Al Reem Island. They currently manage KD 287 million in assets in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and the Levant. It is managing the national real estate portfolio owned by the Kuwait Investment Authority with a value of up to KD 250 million.
