About Al Barsha 1

Al Barsha 1 is a part of Dubai's Al Barsha community. The community, which is separated into Al Barsha 2, Al Barsha 3, and Al Barsha South, is located along Umm Suqeim Road. With a good mix of office buildings, hotels, offices, and private villas, it has recently developed into a nice resort.

Al Barsha 1 is the block having the most mid-rise structures and hotel suites out of the four distinct blocks. The main reasons why Al Barsha 1 is so well-liked are its reasonably priced apartments and the simple access it offers to Sheikh Zayed Road, the Dubai Metro, and the Mall of the Emirates.

For people who work in Knowledge Village and Media City, Al Barsha 1 mostly provides a less expensive lodging option. It doesn't actually get very far because people who work in JLT would rather choose one of the much better-planned residential communities, such as JLT apartments.

Al Barsha 1 is not known as a particularly welcoming neighborhood. It is dusty, has little vegetation, and was never intended to be a settlement. However, its natural, somewhat haphazard layout and the reasonable price range (75,000 to 90,000 AED for a two-bedroom flat) may appeal to some people.
