About Jumeirah Lakes Towers
A popular mixed-use neighbourhood in Dubai is Jumeirah Lake Towers, or simply JLT. It is DMCC's initiative, and it is built around four artificial lakes and a parkland area. JLT has developed into a prime residential neighbourhood for families and single people who want to live close to the busy Dubai Marina. It has a laid-back community feel and a variety of amenities.
The 26 clusters that make up the independent community of JLT are each named after a letter of the English alphabet, from A to Z. Three apartment, office, retail, and hotel buildings make up each cluster. A route that links Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) with the First Al Khail Street roughly divides these high-rise clusters in JLT in half.
A variety of public amenities, including grocery stores, schools, and dining establishments, are present in the neighbourhood. Its location next to Sheikh Zayed Road and two metro stations make it simple to get to nearby locations.
