About Al Raffa

Al Raffa is a mixed-use community in Bur Dubai that features low to mid-rise apartment buildings, shops and offices. Al Mankhool, Al Mina, Al Fahidi, and Al Hudaiba are the borders to the east, west, north, and south, respectively.

It is primarily a residential area with a number of well-known retail centres, such as the Al Khaleej Center, which is well-known for its electronics stores, and the enormous Baqer Mohebi Supermarket. The New Gold Souk Center, an excellent location to purchase gold and diamonds, is located in the neighbourhood as well. Along with customary Arabic cafes and South Asian restaurants, there are a lot of inexpensive hotels.

Apartment buildings are residential structures. Budget-friendly studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as three-bedroom apartments with additional space are among the apartment options. Most residential structures that provide studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments have excellent finishing, nice amenities, and reliable 24-hour security.
