About Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 3
Ras Al Khor Industrial 3 is a mixed-use sub-community of Ras Al Khor situated on the south-eastern side of the district. One of Ras Al Khor Industrial's three sub-communities, it is home to a mall and the largest fruit and vegetable market in the Gulf. While Al Awir Road (E44) passes through the neighbourhood, it is advantageously situated between Nad Al Hamar Road (D67) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311).
It is a portion of Dubai's commercial district and offers few residential options along with a variety of common amenities. Major city roads surround the subdistrict, allowing for simple access to important locations and famous sites.
