About Palm Deira
The Palm Deira will be 80 square kilometres in size and will be 14 kilometres (8.7 miles) long by 8.5 kilometres (5.3 miles) wide (861 million square feet). Residential real estate, marinas, shopping centres, sports venues, and clubs will all be included. There will be 8,000 two-story townhouses in the residential section, which will be on the fronds, and they will come in three different styles: Premier Villas, Grand Villas, and Vista Townhomes.
Land links should soon be built as reclamation work on The Palm, Deira Dubai's third large-scale residential island project, is moving along quickly. More than half of the total amount of sand required to form The Palm, Jumeirah's landmass-nearly 50 million cubic meters-has already been recovered.
