About Umm Suqeim 1

Umm Suqeim 1 is a residential community in the district of Jumeirah. It is a sub-community of the larger Umm Suqeim area which also has two more residential suburbs. It contains a few gated villa compounds such as Roda Boutique Villas, Al Salemiyah Villas, Abdul Jalil Grove One Villas and Abdul Jalil Grove Two Villas.

Roda Boutique Villas is a compound with independent 3-bedroom villas. The units boast a maid's room, a laundry room, fitted kitchens and private gardens. Al Salemiyah Villas is located near Kite Beach, it features 3-bed villas that come with a laundry room, maid's room and a private patio. Abdul Jalil Grove One Villas and Abdul Jalil Grove Two Villas are small compounds located on both ends of Umm Suqeim 1. Since it is one of the few areas in Dubai that is still untouched by redevelopment, this neighbourhood features a combination of old houses and newly constructed compounds. The neighbourhood is largely residential with both local and expat families residing here.
