About Warsan 3
Warsan 3 is a sub-community within the district of Al Warsan, one of the few southern suburbs in Dubai. The entire district is a development project of Nakheel Properties. This suburb was developed to offer a family-friendly living environment with every luxury as well as essential amenities nearby. The whole neighbourhood is gated and offers a sense of exclusivity and security. Just north of Warsan 3 is the well-known suburb of International City which follows a similar concept of providing affordable housing to middle-income expats.
