Here architecture seems to be a conversation with a shore. This is deliberately small, with 106 boutique residences on a 17 storey structure (G+2 podiums and 14 residential storeys) which is exclusive as you are. The elegant silhouette of the tower is made by flowing curves and wave like lines, and glass fronts, sculpted glass uses reflection of sea and sky. Internally, the living rooms are subtly designed with extensive open areas that accumulate natural light and scenery, transforming the living rooms into surveillance and kitchens into a stage. Signature homes with minimal range of duplex and penthouses in case one desires to be dramatic with size and sky. The vast horizons are drawn inside, the glass-wrapped living areas; the living plane is stretched outward to terrazzo-covered terraces; and particular duplexes are equipped with personal pools suspended over the water, which is a privilege of perspective that is not only hard to find but is also memorable.
