Pearl Jumeira is a subcommunity of Jumeirah developed by Meraas is an archipelago of seven residential islands. One of Dubai's distinctive residential islands, right off the coast of Jumeirah, it offers a wide range of opulent amenities like a beach club, a Town Center, hotels, and a 2-kilometer promenade.
