Master Plan
The Reeman Residences master plan is meant to provide a unified residential setting in which the buildings, amenities as well as open spaces are in harmony. The design focuses on low-density living, internal circulation, and clear residential clustering that would ensure privacy without necessarily losing the community interaction aspect. The landscaped open spaces are intelligently placed in the development offering the eye with a relief and easy sitting outside environment. Walking tracks are also well established to promote walking and healthy movement in the community. The position of amenities is such that it does not break privacy without making them easily accessible to the different residential blocks. The parking spaces are well designed in order to ensure clean streets, and the service areas are tastefully located.
