Set within Dubai Design District (d3) - the region's first and largest design ecosystem that puts you at the center of a global community of fashion houses, galleries, studios and cultural institutions, woven together by walkable streets, curated dining and the placid edge of Dubai Creek. From here, The Dubai Mall is only mere minutes away while Downtown Dubai, City Walk, Burj Khalifa, Business Bay, DIFC and DXB Airport are in a swift transition from one commute to the next. The Creekside is connected by electric abras into the city at large, while Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is a reminder of the silent something of nature that lies just beyond the horizon. This is an address where creativity lives and where your view of this city is forever changing.

The architecture is a choreography of rhythm and light presenting a veritable poem and study of proportion with a collection of 557 residential units. A dynamic trio of sculpted towers pierce within, delicately paused at the edges and filleted at the corners of the impressive frames, and the continuous balconies inscribed the facades are manifested as musical staves. Dramatic sky gardens cut recesses into the vertical massing to allow daylight and greenery to pour deep into the building while projecting an unmistakable silhouette on the waterfront. The composition is assertive and yet quiet, expressive just the same, using unobstructed colonel that link ground, landscape and skyline in a single, unbroken gesture, human-scaled and relationships. The result is an architectural rhythm of the body as one goes through, visual, soothing, and precise.

Life is edited for the way you do actually live. Each tower is a curator of a different aspect of lifestyle, which together form a whole connected world. Tower A is the social and cultural heart - the place to be for a double-height lobby, gallery-like co-working areas, elegant lounges and an intimate private cinema designed for screenings, launches and inspired gatherings. Tower B centres the body and breath with a state-of-the-art health club, dedicated yoga and wellness studios, resort-style pools and places made for focus, recovery and renewal. Tower C is a family-life ode where there are warm, intergenerational spaces, indoor/outdoor kids' clubs and quiet corners that make togetherness come easy. All three are tied together in a way that allows residents to flow seamlessly between creative, wellness and family time in the course of a day.

Behind the doors open up a resort like landscape of amenities to the city. Sky gardens become high impressive places for doing sunrise yoga, holding sunset meetings or just a simple proposal of a genre of a book above the water.
