Master Plan
The Forest District master plan is the masterpiece of landscape styling and modern constructions. With respect to themed zones, as residential assemblages, wellness gardens, communal centers, and marine fronts guarantees balance between developed and natural landscapes. Stairways wind through the treetops and designed courtyards linking the mid-rise apartments to rooftop greenhouses and community terraces. Special green paths also provide the shade on the pedestrian movement through all areas of the district, whereas the facilities deliberately spreading inside the district itself, including children play parks, outdoor amphitheatres, and neighbourhood cafes promote the cohesion of spirit as well. It leads to “Forest Spine” in the middle of the project, around which all the spaces are organized, which provides the sense of unity and mixes the luxury with nature.
