Master Plan
The latest master plan of Durar Group has been released, overlooking the endless horizon of the Gulf and sky with unique branded Missoni interiors on Marjan Island. It is the third and last tower of the branded sea-facing residence. Residents of this tower also enjoy the privilege of access to all the amenities of the other two towers. It all started from the ground level, which offers retail options and an entrance lobby. For the tranquil relaxation by the sea, there is a swimming pool bar, dining zone, seating area, pools, water features, and dedicated viewing points. The first level and rooftop zone are also curated with more than a dozen facilities such as spas, gyms, music & art room, an entertainment room, lap pools, BBQ & social area, co-working spaces, sunken beds, and kids’ area catering to recreational and socially lively indulgences of all residents.
This man-made island carries a vision to establish an exuberant resort-style lifestyle for visitors and residents. Inspired by the design of unique corals, it is a group of four intertwined islands with 6 fully operational hotels, parks, open green spaces, marinas, and sandy beaches.
