Verdania 4 at DLRC - Floor Plan

The floor plans in the Verdania 4 vary to suit a diverse group of residents with apartments. The smaller units are designed with an efficient living-dining-sleep room. Units with single bed give further distance sometimes with living / dining space, kitchen, bathroom and view of balcony or window. The standard layouts of higher-bedroom houses have two bedrooms, one or more bathrooms, spacious living-dining room, and storage/utility area. In all plans there is concern regarding the daylight, airflow and the usable space outside through balconies or terrace.
