About Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid
One of Dubai's largest freehold developments and mixed-use communities is Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid City, also referred to as MBR City. The project's anticipated cost is AED 30 billion, and it was announced in the second half of 2012 by the emirate's head of state, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The development includes cutting-edge tourist attractions, a centre for recreational activities, the largest shopping centre in the world, a sizable park, the largest man-made lagoon, and 45 million square feet of freehold real estate. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid personally launched this project in May 2015.
