Master Plan
The master plan for the development focuses primarily on the incorporation of residential plots for townhouses and villas. Later on, low-rise flats will be erected, and some space has been reserved specifically for them. Additionally incorporated into the proposal are utility plots, areas that can be used for a variety of purposes, and retail spaces. Additionally, there are plans to construct community facilities such as a hospital, a post office, a clinic, a nursery, a school, and multiple parks in the surrounding neighbourhoods.
