Flexible Payment Plan And Discounts Options - (Applicable for all unit types Except studios)

•  Option A – Discount + 1% Monthly

• * From 5% DP → 5% Discount → 1% Monthly
• * Up to 25% DP → 25% Discount → 1% Monthly

•  Option B – 0.5% Monthly (Still Applicable)

• * 20% DP → 10% Discount → 0.5% Monthly till handover
• * 30% DP → 15% Discount → 0.5% Monthly till handover

•  Option C – 20/80 Plan (Still Applicable)

• * 20% DP → 1% Monthly for 20 months → 80% on handover
