These superimposing volumes of garden are not merely decorative: they serve as the social lungs of the tower and weave together communal life into the building and allows residents to experience nature, movement and relaxation at heights.

The scope of its Sky Park programming are the two areas in which it can really claim stake in. The leisure been formatted with four distinct SkyParks, Adventure, Active, Lush (Gardens) and Lux Life each having been modelled into its own micro world. The Adventure Zone (13-18) is fun and family friendly with family pools and kids slides, rock- climbing walls, kid playground, a dog park, movie theatre, arcades, and a padel court- features that will make weekends total mini resorts even without traveling.
