Tiger Downtown Ajman is the newest lagoonfront community creation by the leading Tiger Properties, selecting a world that blends homes, retail, leisure and greenery. With its grand first phase launch with 06 building with fully furnished studios, 1–3 bedroom apartments, 2–4 bedroom duplexes, and 6-bedroom penthouses at ease. The development with its master plan developed around water, greenery and movement turns into a place where any day the shift between the process of relaxation and the lively process takes place naturally.

The architecture excellence has a well-thought lagoon in between; a 375-metre water edge with an area of 13,795 sq. m at its core around which the whole community graciously revolves. The architectural structure has a total of 76 buildings, and all of them are well oriented so as to maximize light, ventilation, and the outlook to the sparkling waterfront. The design approach is of a flowing balance between the constructed environment and nature; whereby dwellings, walkways, and the sharing are to be curved to the lagoonfront experience. The city structure is designed to be very people-friendly with promenades, gardening areas and paths that can be used by both the old and young to enjoy everyday life and walk along with each other.

The exclusive class community development is designed as a flourishing residential area which will be backed by retailing facilities, recreation and other basic communal amenities that make sure that the residents have everything at their fingertips. The commercial areas cover 41,000 sq. m, and they are strategically located to trigger central nodes to increase the vitality at street level. The total built up area is 4.27 million sq. m with 3.38m housing residential quarters to 77,088m allocated to retail. This scale makes the community as one of the biggest new-age projects in Ajman and reflects on the increasing demand by the people of the UAE, the GCC consumers, and prospect investors who seek value, lifestyle, and future developments in a single address.

Master Plan

The Tiger Downtown master plan at Ajman is designed based on the fabulous lagoonfront that serves as the main backbone of the whole community. It is designed with the pedestrian first in mind that include walkable promenades, external and internal jogging tracks running around it, elevated walks, walk landscaped corridors, four specifically designed children play areas, which promote an active and exciting way of life within it. The design combines residential, commercial and recreational areas in a complementing progression whereby, the inhabitants can easily move between the waterfront relaxation and the urban living.
